In a proactive step toward ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, the File of Life+ Program received unanimous approval for implementation in Four Seasons in September 2023. This vital initiative aims to provide crucial information to first responders swiftly and effectively when arriving after a resident's 911 call. 

Each of the 1,106 homes in our community will receive a comprehensive package, diligently assembled and thoughtfully crafted.

This package will include a prominent File of Life sticker, a detailed File of Life form, comprehensive instructions for form completion, a convenient File of Life magnetic pouch, and essential documents such as an Advanced Health Care Directive form, a Do Not Resuscitate form, and a Physicians Order of Life Sustaining Treatment form. 

All these components, thoughtfully compiled in a secure manila envelope, will be mailed directly to residents, fostering a sense of security and readiness within our beloved community.
